Cancellation Policy
At Studio 812, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to our artists and other clients, we require at least 12 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.
Clients who cancel within 12 hours of their appointment time or cancel the same day as their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
